Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday with express shipping will go out the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM (EST). Any orders with express shipping placed after 1 PM (EST) will not be shipped out until the next business day. Orders with express shipping placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. Please note that even with an express shipping option we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time. We will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping costs due to UPS delays. If you select the Free Ground Shipping or Ground shipping option, please allow 1 to 2 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center. During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
